$GFOF trades through a Meteora Dynamic Bonding Curve. Migration is controlled by the configured 66,040.882531 USDC quote-reserve threshold, not market cap, and targets Meteora DAMM v2. Live reserve progress is unavailable unless a canonical reserve source is present.
See convergence before consensus.
The intelligence arm of the Federation, built to detect when several curated Solana wallets independently move on the same token in a tight window. Convergence, not a feed — method public, roster private. Detection is currently halted while the Federation measures whether that convergence means what was originally claimed, and it is publishing the measurements either way. The original pitch stays on the record, struck through rather than deleted.
This is the interface language of a Dossier convergence signal — shown empty because no production signal can honestly populate a preview. When detection resumes, real signals render here from real data or not at all.
Every commitment the Federation makes publicly is tracked on a corrections log — status-labeled, appended, never deleted. Forecasts are filed as byte-exact text and anchored to the Bitcoin blockchain via OpenTimestamps, so anyone can verify when a claim existed without trusting the Federation. Misses are documented with the same prominence as keeps.

FCC is the Federation's public capital-accountability experiment. Its methodology and record are public, but it is not an operating capital manager: there is no capital under management, no mandates, no strategies, and no counterparties. Epoch 2's latest recorded state is SHORTAGE_EVENT; the pre-execution freeze status was BLOCKED. Intake was consumed, and no rerun is authorized.
